• We meet with you to understand your needs, wants, and budget.
• We analyze this information and prepare the project scope and our fee.
• We present you with a “Proposal of our Services”
• At this point, you need to make the decision on how/if you will carry on with the project.
• We will gather the information we need to start your project.
• We then produce several different floor plans that meet your needs, wants, and budget.
• We prepare and present drawings that incorporate all of your comments.
• After all of this is completed, we produce your “For Construction” Drawings.

This process may sound overwhelming; however, without completing each detail of this process your project will not meet all of your goals: needs, wants, budget, and design character. We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you. We will be asking the questions and helping you with the answers. We will listen to your needs, wants, and concerns to create the best designed project for you.
