New Home Process

  • We meet with you to understand your needs, wants, and budget.
  • We analyze this information and prepare the project scope and our fee.
  • We present you with a “Proposal of our Services”
  • At this point, you need to make the decision on how/if you will carry on with the project.
  • We will gather the information we need to start your project.
  • We then produce several different floor plans that meet your needs, wants, and budget.
  • We prepare and present drawings that incorporate all of your comments.
  • After all of this is completed, we produce your “For Construction” Drawings.

This process may sound overwhelming; however, without completing each detail of this process your project will not meet all of your goals: needs, wants, budget, and design character. We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you. We will be asking the questions and helping you with the answers.
